1. Acceptance of terms

By using Find Your Cap ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What Find Your Cap is

Find Your Cap is a price-comparison tool that aggregates hat pricing information from multiple third-party retailer websites. We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, process payments, ship items, or handle returns. All purchases are made directly with the third-party retailer, subject to that retailer's own terms and policies.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

Prices, availability, and product details displayed on Find Your Cap are gathered from third-party websites on a periodic basis and may not reflect real-time information. Prices can change, items can sell out, and promotions can end between the time we last checked and the time you visit the retailer's site. Always confirm the current price and availability directly on the retailer's website before completing a purchase.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it, and we are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from outdated or inaccurate information displayed on the Site.

4. Third-party retailers

Find Your Cap links out to third-party retailer websites that we do not own, operate, or control. We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of information on those sites
  • The quality, safety, or legality of products sold there
  • Order fulfillment, shipping, customer service, or returns
  • Any transaction you complete on a third-party site

Your interactions with any retailer linked from Find Your Cap are solely between you and that retailer.

5. Affiliate relationships

Find Your Cap participates in affiliate marketing programs, meaning we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through links on the Site, at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the objectivity of the prices we display. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.

6. Trademarks and intellectual property

Team names, logos, and league marks (including NBA and individual team trademarks) referenced or displayed on Find Your Cap — including in product photos sourced from retailer listings — are the property of their respective owners. Find Your Cap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, any NBA team, or any retailer listed on the Site. References to team names and product images are used solely to accurately identify and describe the products being compared.

The Find Your Cap name, logo, and original site content are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy content from Find Your Cap for competing commercial purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Your Cap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to purchases made on third-party retailer sites based on information displayed here.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
